3D keramična osnova za močnostni modul

Keramični 3D močnostni modul je uporaben predvsem v gonilnikih elektromotorjev, ki zahtevajo visoke napetosti in tokove. Prednost modula je njegova 3D struktura, ki omogoča efektivno odvajanje toplote preko tankih plasti LTCC keramike, pri tem pa z uporabo več nivojev, ustvarimo optimalne povezave močnostnih komponent, krmilne elektronike in napajanja s kapacitivno ploščo. Optimizacija izdelave keramične osnove je usmerjena v izdelavo 3D LTCC keramične strukture, hkratne uporabe keramičnega LTCC materiala in sloja metalizacije v enovitem postopku žganja keramike ter izbora ustrezne kovinske zlitine, ki omogoča spajkanje, bondiranje in ima dober oprijem na LTCC keramiko.
